Delicious, Soft & Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour (280g)
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 cup milk (200ml)
½ cup vegetable oil (100ml)
3 eggs
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet baking powder (10g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, crack the eggs, add the sugar and vanilla, and beat with a hand mixer until the mixture becomes pale and creamy.
Add the oil and milk, and mix well.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add them to the wet mixture, stirring gently with a spatula or whisk until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan (or lined with parchment paper).
Bake for 30–40 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center—it should come out clean.
Let it cool, then decorate with powdered sugar or chocolate sauce.
