Spicy Butter Lemon Fish Fillet

Ingredients:
4 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or halibut)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, zest and juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper. Coat each fillet with the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
4️⃣ Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and chicken broth. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
5️⃣ Return the fish fillets to the skillet and spoon the lemon butter sauce over them. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
6️⃣ Serve the spicy butter lemon fish fillets hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley and lemon slices. Enjoy with your favorite sides such as rice, quinoa, or a fresh green salad. 😍🍽️🍋
