Butter Chicken Wings with a Spicy Twist
Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken wings or drumsticks
- 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, mayonnaise, olive oil, tomato paste
Butter Sauce Mixture:
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of paprika, dried parsley
Note: If using chicken breasts, reduce the cooking time to 12 minutes at 180°C, flipping halfway through.
Instructions:
- Make cuts in the chicken.
- Add all the seasonings and massage well to coat the chicken.
- Spray a little oil on the air fryer basket or baking dish.
- Cook in the air fryer or oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
- Prepare the butter sauce.
- Remove the chicken from the fryer and brush with the butter sauce.
